Special Olympics Fundraiser
The Polar Plunge is a fundraising effort organized by law enforcement agencies throughout the state. It is a wacky event like no other, and we want you to have fun experiencing all the festivities. All you have to do is show up ready to leap into the water.

Who can plunge?
Anyone with a little courage, a warm heart and a desire to support a worthy cause is welcome!
How deep do you have to plunge?
How deep into the lake you plunge is up to you. You can run all the way in or just dip your toe in the water.
Day of Plunge:
- Please bring all donations you have collected and turn in when you register. You will be credited for all donations raised online and offline.
- Bring old shoes, water shoes, or sandals that strap to your feet. Don't forget, the ground will be cold.
- Pack a change of clothes and towel to wear after you've completed your plunge. There will be an area that is indoors for you stay warm and restrooms to change into dry clothes.
- Bring a bag for your wet clothes.
