Brookdale Area Residence

Pierce County Sheriff’s detectives need your help to identify the suspect(s) responsible for a home invasion style robbery of an elderly woman.

At 3:40 a.m. on Friday April 1st, 2016, an unidentified suspect forced entry into a residence located on 112th St. E. in the Brookdale area.  The suspect kicked in the door, entered the elderly victim’s bedroom and put a gun to her head.  The suspect placed a robe over the victim’s head, then stole the victim’s jewelry, purse, and a handgun.  The suspect wore a mask and gloves during the robbery.

At 4:30 a.m. the pictured suspect attempted to use the victim’s stolen debit card at an ATM located on Gravelly Lake Dr. SW in the City of Lakewood.  The stolen debit card was also used at 3:50 a.m. at a Chevron gas station located on Bridgeport Way SW in Lakewood.

The suspect appears to be a white male in his 20’s or 30’s, wearing a ski mask and a dark colored jacket with a logo on the right chest area; he was seen at the gas station in a dark colored BMW with a broken passenger side headlight.
