Tacoma Police detectives need your help to identify the suspect responsible for a large theft of cash taken during a vehicle prowl.

At 3:10 p.m. on March 30th, 2016, the pictured suspect prowled a vehicle parked outside the Union 76 gas station located in the 8200 block of S. Hosmer St. in the City of Tacoma.  The suspect entered the store, observed an ATM machine inside the store being serviced, then immediately exited the store and smashed in a window of the ATM serviceman’s vehicle.  The suspect stole a bag containing a large amount of cash from the vehicle and fled.

The suspect appears to be a black male in his 20’s, approximately 5’10” tall, heavy build, with a black hair, a beard and mustache.  He was seen wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, and white tennis shoes.





Receive up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charges filed for the person responsible in this case.
