Vehicular Assault

Graham School Bus Stop

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department needs your help to identify the driver and vehicle involved in almost running over three young children as they attempted to board their school bus.

At 8:07 a.m. on Friday April 24th, 2015, three elementary school children were waiting to load onto their school bus at 224th St. E. and 124th Ave. E. in the Graham area.  When the bus stopped in front of the children, an unidentified SUV swerved around the bus and drove on the shoulder between the children and the doors of the school bus, nearly hitting all three of the children.  The vehicle fled westbound on 224th St. E.

The vehicle is described as an older white SUV with a sunroof and a roof rack (click on the photo to enlarge view).
