Shots Fired in Lakewood

Lakewood Police detectives need your help to identify the suspect responsible for a shooting.  At 11:52 p.m. on Saturday March 31, 2018, an unidentified suspect fired a shot at two female employees in the parking lot of the Target store located on Lakewood Towne Center Blvd. in the City of Lakewood.  The employees had just locked the doors of the store and were walking toward their vehicles when an unidentified suspect fired at the victims.

The two uninjured victims ran back to the store as the suspect drove away from the scene.  Detectives reviewed surveillance video and learned the suspect had been parked outside the store for over 1 hour before the shooting.

Detectives are looking for any information on the truck – possibly a silver Ford F-150 – and information on any possible motives or suspects involved in the crime.
