Pierce County Sheriff's detectives need your help to identify a person of interest in an arson.

On October 11, 2021, at 8:08pm, deputies and fire personnel responded to a fire at the Islamic Center of Tacoma, located at 2010 Bridgeport Way W in University Place. The building was occupied, but everyone made it out safely. Investigators determined the fire was arson.

A person of interest was seen inside the Bartell Drugs store at Bridgeport Way W and 27th St W at 7:14pm. If you can identify the person of interest or have other info, please submit a tip.
