Tacoma Police detectives need your help to identify the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Jerry Sellers.
At 8:00 p.m. on Saturday June 28th, 2003, the body of victim Jerry Sellers was found inside the trunk of a car parked in the 4900 block of S. Prospect St. in the City of Tacoma. The victim had been shot and then placed inside the trunk of a blue 2-door 1989 Ford Thunderbird coupe.
Earlier that week, witnesses saw an unidentified suspect park the vehicle and walk away. The suspect is described as a hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, 5'9" to 6' tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and a medium build. The suspect had a thick black mustache and wore sunglasses.
Tacoma Police detectives are looking for information on anyone who had contact or was seen with Jerry Sellers in the days prior to his body being found.
